Meet our Head Coach and Founder, Pam Morgan

Pam’s professional background includes more than twenty years’ experience at senior leadership levels across multiple industries within relevant focus areas such as: analytical research, animal ethics, teaching and philanthropy. Pam has served the rescue community for over twenty years.
Our well established network of advisors and “go to” experts allows us to assist even the most unique needs of clients. Biographies and accomplishments of our subject matter experts are available upon request and will be posted with educational event offerings which will be customized to the needs of the request.
Our team is not just made up of people who LOVE dogs, but all on staff are seasoned, well educated professionals in specialty areas. We each have over 20 years of experience in areas such as: blind dogs, deaf dogs, dogs with special abilities or special needs, amputees, tiny dogs (who we lovingly call The Littles and, yes, we have a specialist for them) and senior dogs (lots of love for seniors–on both ends of that leash). We are grateful to continue learning from each new dog we meet.
